Do you Guarantee the Items You Check?
No. Our inspection report is a professional evaluation under prevailing conditions of the items indicated at the time of inspection and IS IN NO WAY TO BE CONSTRUED AS A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE.
No coverings of a permanent nature are removed or disturbed for the purpose of our inspection. Our report does not guarantee compliance with any applicable building, zoning, or electrical codes, but we will report items that could be safety hazards.
Do Inspectors do Repairs?
No. Under our professional Code of Ethics the Inspector cannot perform any repairs or maintenance on the home.
May I be present During the Inspection?
ABSOLUTELY! We encourage you to accompany the Inspector so that you can learn as much as possible about the house. We encourage questions and want you to be informed about your purchase.
