- Engineering professionals who stay current with changing building methods and materials.
- Required to maintain a
high degree of professionalism and integrity, as well as
fairness and
impartiality toward their clients
in order to ensure a completely objective inspection.
- Required to practice their
profession within the strict occupational guidelines and
principles set forth by the ASHI Code of Ethics and
Uniform Standards for Practice.
- Licensed in the State of
Ohio to provide radon testing services.
- Listed with the
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
