What we do
for You

Our typical comprehensive
inspection follows the guidelines set forth by the ASHI Standards
of Practice. The report indicates items that are operating
normally and notes items in need of repair. The following is a
condensed version of an inspection:
- Visually inspect the
exterior grading, walls, windows, doors, gutters and
down spouts.
- Visually inspect roof
covering for signs of deterioration and leakage. Estimate
the age and remaining life of the roof.
- Visually inspect the
condition of the structure and foundation, so as to
observe any settlement or movement.
- Operate heating, air
conditioning, inspect duct systems and evaluate as to
whether they are operating in the method for which they
were designed.
- Remove the electrical
panel and inspect the wiring and circuit protection
devices.
- Inspect and test the water
heater, all plumbing fixtures, and inspect all exposed
plumbing.
- Operate all appliances and
electrical systems to determine if they are operating
normally or are in need of repairs.
- Inspect the attic, roof
framing, and insulation.

Is There a Written Report?!
Our easy to read comprehensive report will be delivered
to you as the buyer or to your Realtor. This report does not pass
or fail a home; it simply reports the condition of the home, as
to whether the items inspected are operable or in need of repair.
The report is completed during the inspection and available
immediately upon completion of the inspection. No waiting for
reports to be prepared, typed, or mailed.
